We are very satisfied. Even my town inspector came and did an inspection, they said they did a very good job. They did the work in the specified time.
Overall I loved the professionalism. Their were no surprises. The project manager managed <br /> the project smoothly. It's been 1 year since the basement is finished and I have nothing but praises for the work performed. <br />

Our experience with Basic Basement Company was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Our estimator Todd gave us a fair quote, and never pressured us to upgrade beyond our means. <p>They started the work the day after a major snowstorm and did all of the rough framing, electrical and plumbing in one week. They were punctual and very neat. They cleaned up after every job was done. Framing was 3 days on day three the room was spotless, same with the electrical and plumbing, one day each and clean up was impeccable. The Basic Basement Company did a wonderful job at every step of the way for our basement. All the contractors were very professional, punctual, courteous and did an excellent job. They knew what was needed to pass the inspections and ensured that they did a top-notch job. All the work was scheduled through Gail, who made sure that the work and the inspections were all completed in a timely manner. Terrific. They started on the day agreed. They finished on time and within agreed price. Total time was five days. They completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs, removed the debris and rebuilt the room with the materials I provided.
