BBC worked around our schedule and all crews arrived at on time. They got down to work (no lollygagging) and they kept the work area clean.Once the crews completed their task, they placed the rubbish outside our garage for pickup. The crews were VERY careful not to damage any parts of the house as they were traveling through. <br /> This would not be an honest review if I didn?t mention the (little) mishaps. I am extremely happy thatI went with the Basic Bathroom Co. to have my bathroom renovated. I have attached some before and after pictures. I must first say how extremely helpful Gail was. She offered me assistance and suggestions throughout the process. We were able to get an faster appointment due to a cancellation and I would not have made it in time without her help. Overall I loved the professionalism. Their were no surprises. The project manager managed <br /> the project smoothly. It's been 1 year since the basement is finished and I have nothing but praises for the work performed. <br />

Our experience with Basic Basement Company was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Our estimator Todd gave us a fair quote, and never pressured us to upgrade beyond our means. We decided on our own to add in a full bath based on the reasonable rate that was quoted to include in the package. <br /> All of the crews from the framers, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry were highly skilled, very friendly, and expert craftsman. <p>They started the work the day after a major snowstorm and did all of the rough framing, electrical and plumbing in one week. They were punctual and very neat. They cleaned up after every job was done. Framing was 3 days on day three the room was spotless, same with the electrical and plumbing, one day each and clean up was impeccable.
