<p>The Basic Bathroom and Basic Basement Company did a fantastic job. We needed to redo kitchen and bathroom in our rental apartment.</p> <p>It was a very pleasant experience from our first meeting with Dominick Natoli. We loved having them redo our basement! They took an old dingy space and add a complete bathroom with shower, egress window and finished basement. Gail was awesome with communication and the project manager was wonderful also. Would recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank Basic Basement Co. and there crews for great job on finishing my basement. They are very professional and know their job very well. They always showed up on time and cleaned everything after finishing their tasks. They are very helpful and answered all our questions. The crews are very hard working and great on their work. We would like to thankBasic Basement crews for such a wonderful job on finishing our basement. They use good quality materials as specified in the contract. Gail is very helpful to coordinate all the activities and provided great advises. The crews were always on time and finished each task as planned. They started on their agreed start date. Always neat and tidy. Pleasant professional manner. The walls came out perfect, the ceiling came out perfect, the fan is perfect. I would say the tile job is 90 percent perfect possibly better. When the sink was attached there was a slow leak. Didn't realize until after completed job and they came back and very professionally fixed it.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The sales person called me back in a timely manner and showed up on time for his appointment and was very helpful and informative. Answered any of our concerns and questions, he was wonderful. The gentleman in charge of the job was also wonderful. He worked with us so when we were off of work he was able to start the job for us, he also answered all of our concerns and questions in a timely manner and answered all my email. They were very punctual from start to finish. Extremely hard working and stayed until their part of the job <br /> was done. The electrician and the painter were exceptional. Everything from the planning, cost, and finished product was great. You supply the materials and when you get everything, they come and do the bathroom. No added expense above the cost of materials (though they did throw in a tub for free - huge bonus because it's the one item i couldn't have fit in my car). The worker, Louis, was absolutely fantastic. He was so nice, kept me up to date on what was happening and was careful to protect the house from the dust and materials.
