Dominic and Gail were wonderful. I have high expectations and although they likelyneededa strong drink or two during my construction they always accommodated me and my ever changing ideas. Occasionally there were missteps on their part but any issues that came up were quickly corrected. They went so far as to install the same basement door 3 times because I didn't like the exact framing completed on the short wall access. First of all let me say that the basement is beautiful-and looksalot better than I ever expected. Dan theestimator is great and did a drawing that we did not have to change much. He quoted a price that was extremely competitive. I would have given this provider an A, if it had not been for a few issues. We received an estimate for a basement remodeling project from Basic Basement and had started work on moving plumbing equipment. However an issue arose with our stairs due to their unique design not meeting current code. They would have been grandfathered in due to the age of our house but the cost of completely rebuilding them as planned was much more than both parties involved had anticipated (work on the stairs was subcontracted in this case). It was a great experience from beginning to end. Unfortunately, I do not remember everyone's name but there is one person's name I remember and it is Gail Torrelio. She really knows how to manage a project well. Even when the inevitable speed bump occurred, she was on top of it. She quickly became my best friend. They were very easy to deal with. They gave us lots of time to get our basement cleared out before we started the work. The completed the permits for us but we had to bring them to the township for payment which is no big deal. The basement work was done in about a month. Found them to be reliable and efficient. Good company to work with. <br />

The Basic Bathroom Company did a good job on my bathroom repairs and renovations. I had a minor problem on the formatting of the contract and the costs that were included in my project which they agreed that the wording and format should be revised. My project was run very smoothly by the company. Internally the company has an inside person overseeing the bathroom projects and he was very responsive and was always available to answer any questions I had. We were very impressed by the service and professionalismof this company. Even though the price they charged was slightly higher than some of their competitors, but have to say it was worth paying additional amount for the service and quality of the work they performed.They are very organized andthe workers are very well trained.
