Small bathroom was gutted and totally renovated which included a bath tub supplied by the contractor. We purchased everything else. <br /> All the work was done in a very professional manner. The workers did an excellent job! They were professional, detail oriented, punctual, competent, efficient and knowledgeable. The office staff kept us well informed and and the workers updated us on the progress. Starting with setting up the initial consultation, till the final installation, everything went smoothly. They completed the job in 3 days as they had predicted, and worked quickly but thoroughly. I would highly recommend this crew for a bathroom remodeling job.
the quality of the work was excellent. the project managment was fair. There was a project manager who rarely showed up. We had to rely on the project scheduler for updates and ensuring that the work progressed. Despite this we are very satisfied with the outcome. <br />

The men were very punctual and completed work in a timely manner . They did a nice job and we were happy with the final result. One negative is that there were several "extras". We ended up spending more than expected, everything is extra with this company.
The good is this was really just a basic basement and for that they did ok. The biggest issue is they installed everything before it could be painted so you end up having to paint in the bathroom up to the cabinets versus painting first and then installing the cabinet, toilet etc (painting around ceiling lights etc). Also, because they don't paint we found some wall imperfections once we did paint. They also installed shelves that were low quality and now our wall looks bad (we took the shelves out). It was tough along the way but I was pleased with the outcome. Gail, the coordinator, was excellent! The flooring isn't included in the price but it did include a powder room and plumbing for a wet bar.
