The Basic Basement Company did a wonderful job at every step of the way for our basement. All the contractors were very professional, punctual, courteous and did an excellent job. They knew what was needed to pass the inspections and ensured that they did a top-notch job. All the work was scheduled through Gail, who made sure that the work and the inspections were all completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with our basement and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. <br />
Terrific. They started on the day agreed. They finished on time and within agreed price. Total time was five days. They completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs, removed the debris and rebuilt the room with the materials I provided. (They gave me a shopping list) They were extremely neat and vacuumed every day before they left. Ralph and Marsan were professional, efficient and did a great job. <p>The Basic Bathroom and Basic Basement Company did a fantastic job. We needed to redo kitchen and bathroom in our rental apartment.</p> <p>It was a very pleasant experience from our first meeting with Dominick Natoli. He came on time, his estimate was very reasonable and workers started right on schedule.</p> <p>Everything was very well organized and coordinated. We loved having them redo our basement! They took an old dingy space and add a complete bathroom with shower, egress window and finished basement. Gail was awesome with communication and the project manager was wonderful also. Would recommend them to anyone.

They started on their agreed start date. Always neat and tidy. Pleasant professional manner. The walls came out perfect, the ceiling came out perfect, the fan is perfect. I would say the tile job is 90 percent perfect possibly better. When the sink was attached there was a slow leak. Didn't realize until after completed job and they came back and very professionally fixed it.
We would like to thankBasic Basement crews for such a wonderful job on finishing our basement. They use good quality materials as specified in the contract. It was a great experience from start to finish. The sales person called me back in a timely manner and showed up on time for his appointment and was very helpful and informative. Answered any of our concerns and questions, he was wonderful. The gentleman in charge of the job was also wonderful.
