.Overall it went well , they do the paper work but customers have to take permit and pay the permit fee. Once permit is there, folk come over to inspect the work, validate the design , please make sure you spend extra time understanding and/or finalizing design at this time else it would be late to make costly changes. IN my case there was extra couple of weeks delay due to some misunderstanding on the design during the framing which was promptly corrected. They were the most professional business I have ever used. The PM's were very responsive. Everyone they hired showed up on time and were very clean and professional. The materials they used were from home depot and they were high quality. Most of my friends have horror stories about getting their basements put in but not me. These guys were easy to deal with and very professional. When I tell me friends how much I paid they are shocked by how reasonable it is. I would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed by their processes and systems. Dominick came to our house and surveyed the basement. He knew exactly what we needed, typed up everything into his computer, and emailed me his estimate before he even left the house on the first visit. We changed the plan a few times and signed the detal. His people were here a few weeks later, the job was initiated and completed in the time they said it would take. Not one hiccup.Very competent installers and professional experience. I highly recommend them.

They had the best infrastructure and they would have been able to handle this. They had their own office. I liked that I could call and get updates on my projects. They had a group that would do the follow up. They gave us exactly what we needed. They didn’t add anything to the estimate that wasn’t needed or requested. They also had the flexibility to work with a TV show and they had done it in the past. They did offer a price guarantee. There was a guarantee that the price wouldn’t go above what was guaranteed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone who worked in my basement showed up early in the day and were courteous. Other than the noise, I did not know there were even workers in the house. Everything was cleaned up each day. I was communicated with regularly via email to be kept aware of who was coming when. All callouts were corrected immediately We waited 4 years to do this project. the price was reasonable, the rooms are beautiful and I am glad I could use a local company. We love it!
