We were very happy with The Bath Authority of Indianapolis. We have a couple of dogs, and the installation crew was very friendly with them. You can't beat them; they were really nice and very professional guys.

Was really blown away by the quality of work. All of my fears and concerns were put to rest immediately when meeting and talking with Kenny the installer. The plumbing was done with such efficiency. I was super freaked out that the install would be done great, just to leave the caulk gun in the hands of a toddler to destroy? (Happened on one of jobs) It looks incredible, I can’t find a flaw in the install. I have already been telling everyone at the gym about you guys. Thanks again

We are satisfied with our new bath/shower combo. The workers were great and got everything done in one day even though we were told it could be a two day job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the high pressure sales during the consult. We were told the only way to get a "discount" was if we signed and paid half the same day. We ended up agreeing and it worked out well, but I strongly dislike this tactic to try to pressure people to not shop around. I would advise others to shop around before getting a quote from The... read more
