We had such a positive experience with everyone we dealt with at TBA! Our installer did a phenomenal job, including troubleshooting with some plumbing issues, and the overall outcome is amazing!
They were very friendly. They have knowledgeable staff and installers. They took the time to answer all of my questions.
The installation was above and beyond expectations. There were extra things for the installer to do, and he accomplished them; it was a value-added service.
We were happy with the installation and usage thus far.

When we moved into our home outside of Cleveland, we quickly discovered that our master bathroom shower was really not suitable for us or guests. At the home and garden show, we found The Bath Authority. Within a few weeks, Scott visited our house to walk us through our options. We needed just a few days to decide exactly which options we wanted, but he gave us the time we needed and returned (with a delicious pizza in hand) to help us solidify our remodeling job (and to welcome us to the Cleveland area).
