Our installer was Tyler. He did a great job on our tub to shower conversion. We did have an issue with the sliding glass doors but he came back and fixed it. We are very satisfied with the result.
First class from start to finish
Professional staff and high quality installation. Took 7 weeks for product to arrive. Long lead time. Purchased custom glass doors which will be installed 4 to 6 weeks after the shower is installed. Selling point was they are a very large bath replacement company who is owned by or with a national window manufacturer/ installer. Despite their size, must have limited bathroom inventory and not the clout to expedite product for a reasonable install time. The only downside is they are a little on the expensive side.

I am in love with my shower. I wish it could have been installed sooner but I understand why it took weeks to come in
