First of all my walk-in shower that was to be a one or two day job is now in the 3 month and still not finished. It was started April 14 and now June 2 they came back and will have to come back again for trim work, still not finished. They had poor communication the whole time and started by the salesman not telling them I wanted to keep my showerhead, it was thrown away. The Bath Authority rep didn’t respect our contract. They still don’t complete the project, never answer the phone calls and messages. I don’t recommend this company even to my worse enemies. Now, I have to pay almost $14,000 for a small shower that barely fits 2 persons. This is ridiculous how they cheat on people.

We was under the impression the shower would be installed and you wouldn't mess up the ceilings and walls. Also we asked.to keep out shower head which we loved but it also was broken

They sent two contractors out. There was a serious language barrier. They did a bad job. Travis came out and said he could re-do the whole project. I can't take that much time off work. They ended up patching the problem. When you pay for something new. You expect a brand new install, not a patched up one.
