Professional staff and high quality installation. Took 7 weeks for product to arrive. Long lead time. Purchased custom glass doors which will be installed 4 to 6 weeks after the shower is installed. Selling point was they are a very large bath replacement company who is owned by or with a national window manufacturer/ installer. Three month wait for install after 6-8 week estimate in initial conversation. Once installation finally arrived, not all of the materials were sent so the project is not completed. The bathroom itself looks great with what has been installed, but we do not have an estimate for when the remainder of materials will arrive to complete the project. Also in the mean time we had an additional $2,500 charge appear, so now I have to take additional time to try and call customer service and figure out why.
