Professional staff and high quality installation. Took 7 weeks for product to arrive. Long lead time. Purchased custom glass doors which will be installed 4 to 6 weeks after the shower is installed. Selling point was they are a very large bath replacement company who is owned by or with a national window manufacturer/ installer. Despite their size, must have limited bathroom inventory and not the clout to expedite product for a reasonable install time. I am in love with my shower. I wish it could have been installed sooner but I understand why it took weeks to come in
