RecommendedMy daughter bun, Dorian, has to frequent CBEAM due to her tendency towards chronic GI stasis. CBEAM has saved her life more times than we can count and we’re grateful that they are an available resource to us. The entire staff is always communicative, compassionate and trustworthy. We owe the 4 1/2 years we’ve had with our baby to the existence of CBEAM as a 24hr exotic emergency facility.

Love this hospital & staff! This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever brought my exotics to, their customer service is above & beyond & their care for pets. I would highly recommend for anyone to come here, I even go 2 hours out of my way to bring my pets here. They have saved my bunnies life twice & for that im forever grateful!

I recommend The Center for Bird and Exotic Medicine to anyone who has an Exotic pet. I especially recommend Dr. Music for your feathered family members, she is the best Exotic Veterinarian I've ever worked with. I was really nervous going to see Dr. Music the first time we went because my cockatoo is my world but she was able to alleviate all my fears. I brought my ferret >1 month ago to CBEAM for accidentally giving her my cat's medication. It was the first reported case of this haha go figure. They did everything that was recommended by ASPCA poison. And they were very communicative with what was going on with her. 🙂

I had to bring in my old sugar glider, Roux Roux with a mass in her pouch. Dr Acevedo and all the staff were incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. I have to travel quite a distance to get there but so worth it for the quality of care for my glidey bears. Thank you all so much for your care in Roux Roux's last days. It made all the difference.
