I brought my caique parrot in for a crazy eye infection that two other vets couldn't figure out and the wonderful staff at CBEAM were so helpful in explaining all the details, creating a plan, getting resources since we came from Alaska, and being so kind and understanding while explaining surgery protocols and recovery! I will fly down from Alaska for every major thing for my bird from now on, they are incredible! after contacting approximately 35 places the center was willing to see my baby emu and now it will be just fine. The service was awesome and quick. i cant thank you enough

They treated my Oscarfish Doofus very well. Finding a fish-vet is not easy, but this place has one and they treated Doofus with as much care as any other creature. Doofus's care was complete and well. I reccomend this place and the Fish Doctor.

I’ve come to love and trust the people here. They see every animal as an individual. My rabbit Harvey is a real handful, but they always treat her carefully. This past week she managed to damage her foot. When the vet wrapped it, I assumed Harvey would pull the bandage off in two seconds. However, the bandage not only stayed on for two weeks, it was comfortable enough so that she could run around the house with no problem and didn’t obsess about trying to pull it off.
