I could rant and rave about the team, I worked with Dr. Hyde, JJ, Sophie, Amy, and some others whose names I’ve forgotten. They treated myself and my animals with compassion, patience, and understanding. Phenomenal communication through the intake to discharge process. Thank you all for making a stressful experience heart warming.
I was surprised with the cost...much lower than I expected. The doctor was very informative and the staff were great?

I have been working with this team for about a week now for my bunny, CinnaBun. He was treated there for an issue with his eye. They answered all of my questions and made sure he had everything he needed. He did end up having to have his eye removed and Dr. M was very thorough in explaining everything that she would be doing to ensure he went in comfortable and came out comfortable. Last night I had to make a really hard choice to have Small Fry put down, and my heart is so broken. The vet we took him to sent me home with this beautiful clay paw impression and cared for him so well. They did so much to let him stay comfortable, and were so patient and kind with me as well. He got to stay comfortable in his bed instead of having to stay in a carrier, was given pain medicine before we had even come close to making a choice. Dr. Strunk saved my 3-month-old ferret's life after the shop I purchased him from gave him a clean bill of health from their vet, even after voicing my concerns loudly. My little ferret suffered from severe anemia and a rare autoimmune disorder that killed off his red blood cells. His nose, ears, and mouth were pale white when they should have been bright pink.
