They treated myself and my animals with compassion, patience, and understanding. Phenomenal communication through the intake to discharge process. RecommendedI have been working with this team for about a week now for my bunny, CinnaBun. He was treated there for an issue with his eye. They answered all of my questions and made sure he had everything he needed. He did end up having to have his eye removed and Dr. M was very thorough in explaining everything that she would be doing to ensure he went in comfortable and came out comfortable. RecommendedLast night I had to make a really hard choice to have Small Fry put down, and my heart is so broken. The vet we took him to sent me home with this beautiful clay paw impression and cared for him so well. They did so much to let him stay comfortable, and were so patient and kind with me as well.
