Was with friends who truly enjoyed the food, especially the toasted ravioli. Service was fantastic. This was the third time we have taken friends there and will continue to do so.
Was looking forward to lunch with friends at The Chateau, but was disappointed. Although our server was courteous, service was slow in the extreme. The restaurant was not busy. Great all around our waitress Alexandra is great very nice evening thank you all
Excellent service from James. Moderate prices. Delicious Italian food. Only negative comment about the entire experience was the length of time it took for food to be prepared.
Fine value based dining. Very professional service despite crowds. Sampled seafood entrees, will stick with Italian on future visits.
Always reliable. Great menu with tons of variety. Something for everyone.
Been to the Norwood Chateau many years ago and it was excellent. It was my first time to Burlington and was a bit apprehensive but will say it was surprisingly good. The Haddock St Germaine was excellent, a pleasant surprise. Do wish there were some veal options other than parmigiana. Cannoli's were scrumptious too. All in all very good.
I frequent the Chateau at least 6 times a year. Special occasions or casual dining. the food is always fantastic, priced reasonably, large portions. The service is usually on point. Sometimes on off nights or hours can be slow. Drinks are a little pricy. Great bar and atmosphere, awesome take out. Still a 9 out of 10.
Always reliable. Consistent food and service.
