There was a mouse running and hiding around the floor in the main seating area. Frozen and canned vegetables heated up. I have never been to an Olive Garden but, I assume it would be similar to this place but maybe not as pricey? Also, when I called to double check on our reservation, the hostess who answered the phone was far from cordial and pleasant. Horrible place.
The cocktails tastled like mostly mixer. We only ech tried one and then switched to wine. Mussels marinara was a good appetizer. Fish and chips was just ok. The fries were over cooked or had been reheated but the fish was ok - not greasy and soggy. The chicken picatta was just "meh". The serving size was good but we thought it lacked flavor. The service was ok. Parking was plentiful. We were seated immediately for our reservation.

Food was lukewarm, severely lacking in taste, and not well presented. The bread that was served to the table looked like it was store-bought pre-sliced bread and was borderline cold. We ordered the calamari Rhode Island style as an appetizer, which was the only good part of the entire meal. The main dishes that were ordered were the chicken marsala, one of their "Trios" (toasted ravioli, eggplant parmesan, a meatball), and the fettucine alfredo with shrimp. We could not find the marsala sauce in the chicken marsala and inste... read more
We have been long time customers of the Chateau and this experience has made us never want to come back unfortunately. The food was sub par and Luke warm. My sons Mac n cheese was pretty much congealed. The service was non-existent. I hate to write a review like this but we never saw our server for more than to take our order and to give us our check. We had to seek him out for refills and couldn’t even talk to him about the lackluster food. Unfortunately, I don’t think this was a fluke.
Friday night dinner with friends. Food was not very good. Chicken Marsala had no flavor and the Toasted Ravioli appetizer was over cooked. Drinks from the bar also not great. I’ve been here a few times before which was great, but this was not a good experience. Disappointed.
the waitress was not attenuative at all even though the restaurant was not crowded order two appetizers first one came out luke warm if that the second a small pizza came out under cooked . for the dinner the pasta was over cooked
A chopped salad at Chateau consists of corn and beets. It was terrible. The salmon tasted like they just nuked it in the microwave. Terrible food!
I would not suggest going during the pandemic because for the price we paid... we got literally a quarter of the food. I have been going to the Chateau for years and I was very disappointed
