Friendly place and good for family dining
We made a reservation and we still waited close to 45 minutes. The server was nice but when she came with our drinks she spilled her tray on our table. Management came in quickly, cleaned up and gave us appetizers on the house. Some of our food came out cold.
Deborah, our waitress was friendly and very helpful in making accommodations to our dietary preferences!
The food is always good at the Chateau. However, the last few times, I have noticed that portion sizes seem to be shrinking. The baked haddock pieces are smaller than they have been in the past. With the Trio #2, the chicken parmesan piece seemed a bit smaller and the portion of fettucini alfredo was definitely a lot smaller. Considering that the prices have increased over the past year or so, the value you receive is not as good as it used to be. Our waitress was less than stellar with an attitude to match and when we received our orders they were drowned in tomato sauce not covered but drowned

Funky musty smell & hot inside. Food was ice cold, both lasagna & a side vegetable. Cold as if taken out of the fridge & not microwaved. Manager took them back to microwave! Friend's food came back when I was almost done eating. Fish was old & "fishy". Not much else to say, would NEVER go back & should have listened to all of the lousy reviews. Waitress warmed up when we asked if she was OK - she was melting hot, the poor thing!

The food was cold. I personally ordered the lasagna which was cold. My parents got clam chowder also cold. The kids menu buttered noodles was swimming in butter.

The staff at the host desk were friendly and attentive. Our server: Colby R. was not attentive and never asked us how the food was or if we needed anything else. He walked by our table several times and we had to ask for water which should be a routine service. The food was very good and tasty. Unfortunately, due to the poor service received from Colby, we will not be returning.
