Deborah, our waitress was friendly and very helpful in making accommodations to our dietary preferences!

Our waitress was less than stellar with an attitude to match and when we received our orders they were drowned in tomato sauce not covered but drowned

Funky musty smell & hot inside. Food was ice cold, both lasagna & a side vegetable. Cold as if taken out of the fridge & not microwaved. Manager took them back to microwave! Friend's food came back when I was almost done eating. Fish was old & "fishy". Not much else to say, would NEVER go back & should have listened to all of the lousy reviews. Waitress warmed up when we asked if she was OK - she was melting hot, the poor thing!

The food was cold. I personally ordered the lasagna which was cold. My parents got clam chowder also cold. The kids menu buttered noodles was swimming in butter.

The staff at the host desk were friendly and attentive. Our server: Colby R. was not attentive and never asked us how the food was or if we needed anything else. He walked by our table several times and we had to ask for water which should be a routine service. The food was very good and tasty. Unfortunately, due to the poor service received from Colby, we will not be returning.

Food is always tasty and good! Waitstaff was excellent! My husband and I wanted a 4 person booth but hostess would not accommodate and sat us at a 2 person both. We asked again, answer was no, she definitely could not accommodate. There was at least 1-2, and for quite a bit of time, there was 4 4 person booths available! We’ve been dining at the Chateau for many many years! This is not how you should treat your loyal customers!

Once we arrived we were seated quickly. A plate with slices of bread and butter were placed on the table. Unfortunately it was cold and we couldn’t even spread the butter. I usually say that if we are served cold bread and butter to start off our experience then it’s usually not a good sign! We decided to order a cheeseburger plate, shrimp scampi over linguini, stuffed shrimp, a side of fried calamari and an extra side of fries. The food came out fairly quick and I found that to be unusual. The calamari was warm, not hot. Th... read more
