Great food!
We love this place. They have the best bread to start off your meal. Their entrées are generous and well seasoned. For instance, the marsala actually has the wonderful flavor of marsala wine unlike some other popular local Italian eatery’s. The cauliflower crust pizza is crispy and delicious. Drinks are generous, and they have keno which makes for fun if you are into that. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and genial. I have not been to the other Châteaus, but we really recommend this one!
We had reservations for Valentine’s Day at 1:45. Arrived at 1:30 seated us immediately. Waitress came over to take our drink order then came back for food order. Took quite a while for food to come out. Usually it’s quicker. But the food is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend going to the Franklin Chateau. Made reservations 2 days before was able to get a table. They are very nice in there.

The food was ok. Had to ask for our utensils. Some things were warm while other dishes were just made
It was a very pleasant experience. Food was really good except my chicken Parm with a little tough other than that everything was great. We will be back
The food was good. The server was excellent. My only complaint is that the young staff at the take-out counter were very loud, on their phones laughing and just being annoying. Felt like I was eating in the employee breakroom.
Have been to the Chateau in Franklin many times which means yes my wife and I do enjoy every aspect of dining there. Wait staff, food and ambiance are all very enjoyable. I would highly recommend people to experience this establishment at least once.
