Excellent service - Susan was a doll. Great menu, a choice for everyone in your party.
Service was fairly slow, even though there were not many customers there. Also was charged for a Caesar salad that was supposed to be included in the meal, trio#1
The food is absolutely Delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was casual. Not loud and not quiet.. people eating, talking and enjoying their time. My boyfriend's from a large Irish family. They would eat at the Chateau in Waltham for all of their family events when he was growing up. Excellent food and service provided by Ali!! Chicken parm is awesome as well as the broiled haddock a must try!!
The dinner was fabulous as usual. The service was great! We will be back!
Salad was ubiquitous iceberg lettuce and the turkey tips were swimming in a really sweet BBQ sauce.
Everything was excellent! Our waiter was Tyler. He did a great job.
Our party of 4 had reservations and we sat outside. The food was good, not outstanding. The server was a little slow; therefore, the 4* rating. The restaurant was very busy so I would suggest making reservations.
The Chateau offers consistent great service and incredible entrees! Our first visit to the Franklin, MA location was extremely positive. Server Michelle was the best ever and was most efficient, friendly and professional! We will be sure to return soon! We have only visited three Chateau locations and they never fail to delight us. THANK YOU!
