Excellent food and service provided by Ali!! Chicken parm is awesome as well as the broiled haddock a must try!!
The dinner was fabulous as usual. The service was great! We will be back!
Salad was ubiquitous iceberg lettuce and the turkey tips were swimming in a really sweet BBQ sauce.
Everything was excellent! Our waiter was Tyler. He did a great job.
Our party of 4 had reservations and we sat outside. The food was good, not outstanding. The server was a little slow; therefore, the 4* rating. The restaurant was very busy so I would suggest making reservations.
The Chateau offers consistent great service and incredible entrees! Our first visit to the Franklin, MA location was extremely positive. Server Michelle was the best ever and was most efficient, friendly and professional! We will be sure to return soon! We have only visited three Chateau locations and they never fail to delight us. THANK YOU!
I had trio of chicken parm, fried ravioli and penne pasta. It was very good. Will go back again. Michelle, waitress, was excellent
There were 6 of us dining and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Many options on the menu. My favorite is the lasagna! And my wife likes the eggplant parm. Always love the bread too!!
I would recommend the Early Bird specials for the choices and the price. That's what my party of four had and everyone was very satisfied
