Our waitress was very slow, restaurant not that busy.
The baked Schrod and Shrimp were very good, as was the Gnocchi
Excellent service and food was great
I grew up in Newton and have been going to the Chateau since I was a kid. I'm 59 now and still love it, I won't even make pasta at home unless I have Chateau sauce! Thanks and don't change a thing. Tom
Food and service were awesome!! Couldnt have asked for anything better. Slow because of the world we live in now. Plexi glass between booths but you didnt really notice them at all. Will be nice when its busy and back to some normalcy. Great place to go with friends

Wonderful food, and though served at the same time, some dishes were not hot, ie, were not served when ready or kept warm while waiting for other dishes for our table of five to be finished..Italian wedding soup of the day a bit salty. Really good Caesar salad.
I was pleasantly surprised and happy generally by the food. I got a broiled seafood dish and it was cooked perfectly. Scallops and haddock and two big baked stuffed shrimp done right. (Roasted vegetable side dish was not up to par however. The veggies were too large and undercooked. It contained large chunks of onions too. So that was the only think that was not good. ) But the service and main dish were on point! I’m definitely going back again.
It was a birthday dinner for my daughter (I did not tell the restaurant haven been strict orders from her so there would be no singing!) but everything was good and Michelle who took care of us was great
