We have been going to the Chateau for the last 7 years to meet up with former High School classmates and find the the food, service, friendly staff always top notch. We continue to return because we find the it a great value for all the group.
Excellent renditions of traditional, mostly Southern Italian fare. Red sauce was delicious and not at all acidic. Portions were generous. Veal Saltimbocca was toothsome and sported top-notch quality ingredients. This long-standing family-run Waltham establishment continues to be a totally reliable and reasonably priced alternative to other more pricey close-by establishments. I went with my family for Father’s Day. We made a 5:15pm reservation with OpenTable and we were seated quickly. Nery was our server and he was fantastic! He answered questions regarding the menu and was very attentive to our table. The food was delicious and we were able to get in and out before the huge Father’s Day dinner rush.

You have the best menu! Service was wonderful, however, your bartender is not the best. Drinks were not that good. Someone in my party returned his expresso martini!
The food was delicious even had some to take home!! Angel provided us with wonderful service. It is a nice local place with great atmosphere.
