Excellent service. The Chimney Sweep guy came to my house, was very thorough with inspecting our chimney, and even climbed up on the roof to inspect the chimney. He explained to me exactly how to work my gas log fireplace, and I was very impressed with the service I received. I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased our home and it is our first time owning a fireplace. Our technician, Adrian, was on time and was incredibly helpful and thorough. He explained the condition of our fireplace and chimney, walked us through proper maintenance and things to look for, and was so friendly. I'm always skeptical of a company I haven't dealt with previously but I was greatly pleased with their service. They replaced my broken gas fireplace starter and they did it for less than the price I was quoted on the phone. TJ was professional, experienced, communicative and made the extra effort to protect my carpeting. I'll be using them again to clean my chimney. Highley recommend!

These folks are great! Mike and Fred came out, gave me a quote, were back and did the work -- pretty extensive, both inside and out. They left it better than they found it and exceeded our expectations. Very happy with the results and would recommend highly. They kept me informed through the entire process, were very polite, and kept everything amazingly clean for the amount of work that needed to be done.

I think their service fee (visit/diagnostic) is a bit high at $159, but they succeeded where Masters Services did not. I have a direct vent natural gas fireplace and their direct vent guy Adrian was great.

Needed a cleaning, gave them a call. Friendly, efficient scheduling, a reminder call the day of the visit, and a very friendly , polite, and thorough person showed up. Cleaner also took a look, said the chimney wasn't that dirty, and he could leave and not charge, or do the work. I was impressed, and opted for a cleaning anyway. (Hey, he was here, and it'll put off the next one.) Price was $119, cheaper than most others I called.

Used this company to replace a chimney cap as they were local. Large mistake, they installed a dented and oversized cap with only 2 screws. Technician blamed the rivets used caused the 1 inch overhangs, but agreed to replace. Jessica, their phone person, calls later and says a replacement is another $1000 as they made it to measurements given. I informed her they measured. She then indicated the owner would not replace. Should of checked yelp first as they only have 1 star for similar issues. Avoid this shady company!... read more

Took off work for the appointment and called to confirm. They have no record of the appointment. There is a reason their reviews are so low.
