AVOID! My 3-year old could do better accounting than this company. They mis-charged me TWICE! I had to call four times to get them to correct their mistakes, which resulted in me being overcharged over $200. The people that run the office are completely clueless and unapologetic. Called to set up an appointment to get an estimate on the repairs of all panels in my fireplace (both sides, back and bottom). The Chimney sweep didn't want to set up a time or put me on the schedule for an appointment because it "was just an estimate." Those were their words. I was told that I would be put on the schedule when someone was "out in my area". That would be fine if I didn't have to work for a living and could just be at home at their beck and call.
