Menu options were limited. Those that we chose were nicely done and very tasty.
I've taken my family there on several occasions. Always excellent: food, wine, service, ambiance. A true St Paul gem.
Fantastic wine menu! The food menu could have been a bit more expansive. We had the lobster deviled eggs, which were great, plus the pork schnitzel and sole, which were not just ok. But the space is gorgeous and the service was spot on.
the Commodore had great atmosphere and the food was creative and delicious. It was very loud, lots of ambient noise so do not count on any intimate conversation in the dining area The night before our reservation, OpenTable contacted me and told me that my reservation was cancelled and caused me to jump through all sorts of hoops to ascertain that reservtion was still intact. Not very user friendly.
Our party of four, two couples, enjoyed the ambiance and food was delicious.
The Commodore is wonderful. Excellent food, drink, service and ambiance.
We had a very good meal, good service and good value. It was very noisy, however, hard to hear the other couple at our table. Parking is a problem here, but if you don't mind walking a block or two or three, it's a nice night out.
The food and service were terrific. The level of noise in the dining room was high thereby making it difficult to converse. We were there on a Thurs evening at a peak time.
Great lounge atmosphere with several rooms to choose from. There are several rooms for dining as well for a more intimate atmosphere. The service was top-notch. I will definitely go there again!
