We were celebrating our parents 50th anniversary. The server was amazing and on top of everything. If something took too long she’d comp something. Or she would add 2 of something last minute because we had 8 people and changed our mind. It was a great experience. We had very small portions with 8 people but tried most everything so we know what we like! Amazing drinks and dessert too!
Great food, cool environment. Was our first time here and we had 3 people including owner tell us our 545 table had another reservation at 8. Booked reservation online. Not quite sure why there was a lot of angst about this. Had full meal and dessert and out by 8 without issue. Everything else was great. Would recommend booking tables differently if it requires urging the customers to hurry up for 2 hours. Meeting Rex and Louis was a joy on our visit this last Saturday, Their passion for quality and customer service shows in their boots on the ground presence whenever we have been there. You can be sure it will be visited weekly by myself and my lady... Thank you for your Hard Work and dedication to provide Salem a quality restaurant for what i believe to be well worth a weekly trip.

Fantastic experience here! Great food, excellent service. Sat at the chef's counter and would highly recommend that. The other areas of the restaurant looked lovely as well, they have a good thing going

Amazing food, great service, and a really fun place to share plates with friends! It’s loud though, difficult to have conversations.
We set at the Chevs bar and got to watch the chefs work. It was fascinating and the food was delicious. The executive chef took time out to explain things to us. I highly recommend it
Loved sitting at the counter! We could watch our dishes being prepared; such an insight into all the effort and skill it takes to create awesome tasting food! Great presentation, too!
