It was like a trip to the massage parlor. The staff made me feel relaxed, the Doc assured me I would be pain free, and as messy as my surgery was, it was a big cyst, they maintained proficiency and their integrity and focused on removing my unwanted ingrown neck piece. I wanted to become a doctor after this visit. So quiet, not scary, and professional. I did a dance when I got outside the office because I didn’t believe I was done. And then when the stitches had to be removed, I was scared then, but that also went as smooth.... read more
