I think the doctor is OK, what I did not like is the wait - which is always between 15 and 45 minutes. I think we should be over the booking a patient every 10 minutes and hoping for the best. Also, my last appointment was at 9 and the doctor walked in at 9:15, really?
This is the best place ever. People who work there are efficient and sweet. The dermatologists are expert and very caring and they don’t try to talk you into unnecessary procedures like other places. The office is lovely too!!! Five stars all round. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service
I’ve been coming to this downtown location for years. Recently I started scheduling with Dr. Jaclyn Vinagre. (I have to add everyone before was nice also but Dr. Vinagre is my go to now) She is so kind & informative. I forget her assistant’s name that day but she was awesome also. The two women at the front desk were also very nice and helpful.
I had a great experience this time with Doctor Cody. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Staffs are as great and welcoming as always!! All went well and on time as compared to my first visit at this same place. Thank you!!
I had a terrific experience at the Greenwich Village office. The waiting room is totally cool and kept me entertained during my short visit. Dr. Nia thoroughly explained the procedure I was to undergo and I felt instantly at ease. I was quite satisfied with the final outcome. I would definitely recommend The Dermatology Specialists!
