Dr. Gruen knowledgeable, helpful, warm and on time, all I could ask for. Her assistant was also very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Her office staff was excellent as well.
You are doing professional work.
Had a simple procedure done that required stitches. The excision went well and they did a great job with that. When I returned to have the stitches removed the technician removing them clearly didn’t know what she was doing as she tried pulling the knotted end of the stitch through the hole. Extremely painful. After the blood started to drip the technician excused herself and asked a more experienced technician to step in and help. Wouldn’t recommend again.

The staff was courteous from the time you register your offered water or seltzer water whatever floats your boat, the doctor listened intently and solved my problem after examining my ear I went there to have my earlobe repaired, he numbed me very well I didn’t feel a thing also to relax me they played music. I would definitely recommend them to someone else they’re located in lower Manhattan worth the trip💯
It is my honor to write this review. Noeilli's beside manners is impeccable! She is patient, understanding, and always communicate what she does before it is done. Her patients are important to her. She never treats me as another customer. She has a genuine heart for people and she sincerely wants her patients to do well.
Dr.. Nia was fabulous. I felt so comfortable with his care. I felt comforted, and was so impressed with his skills. It was a wonderful experience all around. Dr. Rivera was wonderful as well, comforting me. Also Yara was caring, always asking if I wanted anything. The front desk people as well welcomed me. I was so impressed with everything. They took away nervousness with the surgery. I highly recommend the practice and so happy to have found them. Thanks to all.
