Replaced the broken Springs on my garage door Josh, Was pompt, professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem explained what the issue was and gave me a fair quote. I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Garage Cable and Spring Replacement Called on Sunday evening for replacement of broken cable. The Technician - Sahar arrived within 1 hour. He is nice and professional. After checking, it was suggested to replace the rusty spring as well to qualify for the warranty. Sahar had the job done quickly and clean the waste after work. I am satisfied with the quick response and good work. One star off is due to the price. I however understand the premium paid for the speed and warranty. Overall I am happy with the service.

Garage Door Repair My residential garage doors (installed by another company) were running very rough. Oleg arrived from The Door Masters and was a true professional and perfectionist. He took the time to point out every deficiency from the original install and went above and beyond to get them running smoothly. He was also very conscious of not doing more than necessary to control costs. Highly recommended.

Installed garage doors By accident, garage door was broken, yesterday. So called urgently one of garage door service by searching internet and connected a technician in "The door Master". And today, new garage doors have been installed. The technician was very excellent, polite and worked very hard, perfectly. I am so happy now and recommend highly.

Garage Door Repair My garage door spring broke and the door opener ripped out of the top mount. I had a few companies quote and they all quoted $900 + to repair and switched to trying to sell me a new door at $1500. (I needed 2 so $3000. Julien from Door Master was great, he cut to the chase and offered to replace the spring, install a new top panel (with windows that matched my other door) for $450. Done deal! kinked cabled repair What a pleasant experience - never have I been happier to spend money on a repair. One of the garage door cables became kinked and the door wouldn't open. Of course, the car was inside and it was the Friday afternoon of the Labour Day holiday weekend.
