Garage door broken springs Steve did a good job . He replaced broken springs in very short time . Make sure the door is open and close properly . Good service I would recommend this company .

Garage Door Broken - The Door Master to the rescue! Eric was here on time ready to fix my garage door. My husband and I have had to park our cars outside - not very safe - as we were unable to get our garage door to work. Eric fixed it quickly and even gave us a lesson on how to get it working again should it break or disengage. I would definitely recommend The Door Master for anything to do with garage doors.

Garage Repair Heard a snap sound in our garage and was concerned of ensuing damage. Noticed the tension cable had snapped and prevented me from opening the garage door. Called The Door Master. Tech was dispatched and arrived in an hour.Timely Great and friendly tech who explained what caused the issue and what/what not to do to avoid future recurrence. Thanks Jim. Much appreciated.

Garage Door Called Monday morning that the garage door was only going up about a foot and a half then stopping. The repair man (Steve) called back advising he would be here between 1 & 2pm. In the meantime my husband slid under the door and pulled the red code to disengage the motor, he did this around 12:00pm. Garage Door I can honestly say that Door Master stands behind their product. I called them yesterday and Steve came today as scheduled. He explained the service call succinctly and made adjustments as necessary without a charge. My door is working much better now. I had a spring replaced this past winter and that visit was professional as well. If you need work done, I recommend this company. Steve is the owner and he works hard to keep a great reputation. BRAVO!
