Fast, down to the point, no upscale tactics. Satisfied.
My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Technicians arrived on time and went right to work. Both were very friendly and professional. I'm glad I hired this the Drying Company to do the work.

Some initial prep information was a bit lacking in detail, which caused rescheduling of work, but went well after that. Insulated crawlspace that was severely lacking insulation from cheap & crappy house builder (HH Hunt). Foam insulation on sides/walls & certain posts/beams, 10 mil drymat on ground, sealed off vents. Workers friendly & professional. Bit pricey but noticeable improvement soon after finish...floors were not cold in certain areas as before.

Great. Arrived when they promised. Sent two very professional men who completed the work on time with little disruption and absolutely no mess. Fascinating equipment and process which totally seals your ductwork, thereby preventing heat/cool air from escaping into the attic. We are experiencing a noticeable difference in the air quality on our 2nd floor after this process was completed.
