It was a pleasure working with John Jenny. He was professional and courteous. Answered all questions and then some. Gave us a great price on completing the total project. We had other offers, but the Drying Company did more for less and did a great job. John came back additional times to adjust the jacks under the house. We would certainly have the Drying come back again if needed.

Prior to the work my crawl space was a wet nasty, rodent and snake infested mess. Afterwards, it was clean, dry, bright and white. The air in the house no longer gets musty. My heating bills went down 25%. I referred the Drying Company to my parents, and neighbors, and they were similarly pleased with the results. Should I relocate, I will never live in another house that does not have an encapsulated crawl space.

It went well. I had several estimates, this one wasn't the most expensive and not the cheapest either. This project was for a rental house, and I really didn't want to sink a lot of money into it. I felt like this company gave me the best value for the services that I had them do. I ended up spending twice as much as I wanted to, but the cheaper competitors just were not as thorough during the initial inspection, and in explaining options of what to do. The men worked hard for over 2 days. There were unforeseen problems that caused the job to take longer, but they never complained. They had me lead them around the house to air seal every single place I wanted. It was the most complete, thorough job! My heating bill this winter was much lower than I expected. There was a huge difference - 40 % less some months.
