Although a day late due to their scheduling issues, the crew was totally professional, did a superb job, protected furnishings, and thoroughly cleaned up what is, by necessity, a very messy process. Took three solid days plus a extra day for electrical work. Not cheap, but certainly worth the investment.

Absolutely superb work throughout starting with the inspection thru work cost estimate and execution of the project. Every crew member was completely professional. On time, clean, answered all questions completely, exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to explain "why" in detail. The team at The Drying Company did a great job communicating the scope of the project and helping with random questions we had while considering this investment. The work was completed in a timely way and all employees were courteous and prompt. This was a major expense we weren't necessarily planning on, but with the information we received from Tony we felt confident that we were making an informed decision to help safeguard our home from future mold and moisture issues.

Went well. Damage to existing HVAC duct work during demo, and issues with the installed dehumidifier stretched the initial 1 week completion estimate to over three weeks. However there was a long holiday weekend involved. The Drying Company repaired all issues at their expense.

Entire job met and exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Mike O'Bier and project manager, Joe Craven were both professional, prompt and highly skilled. Air quality is much better and utility bill is lower. Lastly, the owner and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Company is very customer oriented.

Hard working crew. Initially good explanation and sale pitch. Work was done promptly. However, the quality never met my expectations and the crawl space has never been water free. I think the footings should have been leveled/filled. The people were always friendly and courteous.

Arrived on day expected at the approximate time. The two person teambegan work about 9:30 am and worked straight through until 2:30 pm at which time the team was prepared to blow in insulation. However, insulation machine was not operating properly. They scheduled to come back the next day to complete job. I inspected work and found a few items they did not foam insulate so made a list so when they came back the next day they checked and completed foam insulation of the rest of the items and then blew in the insulation. The process went very smoothly. There were several teams that worked on my project. The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists. Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier. All the work was done in a professional manner and the workers were all very courteous. They were on time and on budget.
