Everything went well, and I was happy with the services. They were honest and upfront, didn't try to sell unnecessary services, and completed the job quickly. I appreciated that they took the appropriate precautions when doing the work since the insulation can be toxic during its application process.

The representative (Matt) arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional and explained all of my options. A verbal estimate was followed up with a written quote. All of this was completed over a couple of days.

They did a great job! they didn't trash my yard ,and cleaned up nicely. The installers were very polite. I would definitely recommend.

They were WAY over priced. I owe over $8,000 for a 4.5 hour job. They did not do the promised work we thought we had agreed upon. They use cheap immigrant labor, only one barely spoke English, so communication was difficult. Bottom line, I made a poor choice in companies.
Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. This is a copy of my email sent to them 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them ? I wanted to share my feedback from my experience with The Drying Company. 1/ KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT The salesman assured me that they would be able to spray foam on existing insulation (Ceiling + Wall) because they have the best foam. When I asked him a second time, after another company told me that it would not work, he reassured me that it will work. So I signed with them.
