Every time I go there I get harassed by front desk when I am working out with a family member who is 15 years old. They constantly ask me if he is paying me to train him and that I can not train him be cause it looks as if I am a paid trainer taking away from their staff. I also realized that when other people in the gym do the same type of training they never get talked to or asked to stop. I attempted to cancel my membership and they told me my cancellation was successful, I'd have one more payment of $31.98, and would be active through the month of November. I checked my account and they charged me $49.99. I emailed them and asked why, and they said they would refund me and nothing further was due. I was then charged $31.98. I attempted to cancel my membership. Their App does not give any information to cancel. The main office does not take cancellation. They give a phone number, which then does not take cancellations. I then have to email them. Not giving a viable option to cancel your membership is unethical and deceptive. their whole model allows you to "cancel any time" do not do business with these people.
They over charge, have poor customer service unless you’re looking to enroll, lack of supervision of teens accessing the equipment unsupervised or either by other teens themselves (staff with no experience) this a building with a spa and workout equipment robbing pockets and our youth with no real supervision!

They won't let you cancel your membership even when moving out of state
Edge Fitness has messed up my contract by charging me once in January for an annual fee and have a second annual fee scheduled to be withdrawn in June of this year. The representatives, I dealt with, knew of the issues and kept promising me that a supervisor will call me to correct my contract, but no one called. I made many visits in person to the gym, but kept being either ignored. I went y to my bank and advised them of the unauthorized charge already made and about to be made. Very unprofessional gym that does not provide safety to its members and does not enforce any of the rules. There are constantly guys and girls taking pictures in the bathroom mirrors, near the showers, and posting them on instagram and other platforms. The club does not bother to stop these members and there is no telling if they are taking voyeur pictures as well. The front desk staff does not talk to people breaking rules. The gym is an unsafe environment for people to exercise in.
