I was a member of Fitness Edge around eight years ago. I have degenerative disk in my neck and back issues. I loved the convenience of having a bicycle in my house. The bike which was over 1k is on it's fifth fix. I am currently trying to decide if I want to fix my old bike, buy a Matrix home version or join the gym again. I am somewhat limited in the equipment I can use due to back and neck issues. I started today on free trial. They are running a promo which would make it an advantage to join. UPDATE: Management seems to have changed its policy and is now providing wonderful, air conditionining in Studio One. Yay!!!! I'll continue my membership.

Good value, nice mix of free weights and machines. Never too crazy at this location, even at peak hours. It's not the newest edge but it does the trick for me. Only complaint I have is with one of their employees/trainers. Skinny male and the guy literally sprints everywhere he goes in the gym. He isn't training, he is literally just sprinting from one section to the next. It's a hazard and it's pretty annoying.

The Edge is a well organized clean gym. I only needed to use the Edge for three days since I was an out of towner and the staff was extremely helpful and expedited my short term membership efficiently and courteously. There were plenty of cardio machines and never had a problem using any weight machines. I would highly recommend the Edge.
Love the Edge Strong Training classes. Great workouts. Foundation, strength and Burn classes with Ashley, Joe and Jolene are wonderful and also Box out with Eugene is awesome. I hear Jolene's box out class is great too. I will try it soon.

I took over my partner's membership back in January and other than getting a few funny looks since they haven't updated the picture in the computer (I look nothing like a 6ft 3 man) it was an easy process. The gym and locker room are always clean and well maintained and the staff has always greeted me and been very friendly. The classes included in the membership are fantastic, especially since I work odd hours and can go when the gym isn't as packed. I love the Kickboxing Classes, Interval Training and Zumba.
