AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I made the mistake of joining this club in April 2012. I was told at that time by lovely lady at club that if I needed to cancel, it would be no issue. Less than a month later, I discovered I was moving to NY, and went in to cancel. At that time, I was told I needed to contact ABC Financial. So I sent a letter and an email on the same day, cancelling membership and card being charged. 2 charges had been put through already, but I let those go. MY MISTAKE. Very disappointed. My wife and I have been a members since they opened 3 years ago Oct. The treadmills and ellipticals are shot. There is something wrong with 98% of them. I have written to fitness edge on two separate occasions, I was not given the courteousy of a response. We are looking for ne new gym in 2012.
Disappointing. Classes are over crowded! Beware if you work out with friends or family my aunt was accused of training me. It is definitely a step up from Planet Fitness, especially if you are not into classes. Taking business elsewhere.
