I was called by a woman for me to setup a fitness evaluation at 9:00am January 15, 2024. I arrived for the appointment and there was no appointment made for me with Mike.

Bring earbuds to listen to your own music, as theirs is beyond AWFUL. For some reason they decided to minimize the ability to choose different types of music, so now they have a perpetual loop of the same horrible crap playing over and over. I'm surprised the poor employees who have to listen to this garbage haven't lost their minds yet.

I have been a member of Edge Fitness Clubs in excess of 10 years. As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic - I have repeatedly attempted to temporarily cancel my membership to no avail. I love this gym but I'm extremely disappointed in this poor business practice. I do not recommend this facility and I will happily elaborate on my unpleasant experience. #canceledgefitnessclubs

Do not trust them with your credit card! ABC FINANCIAL will not hesitate to erroneously charge and then not allow credit back. Shady financial group. You are better off buying equipment or joining a month to month gym. I can't stress enough how much I regret signing up at this club.

Not much going on for this place, beside the friendliness of some of the staff. Definitely not the cleanest gym. Machines are average. Decent selection of free weights. Bathrooms/showers are subpar.

I was on holiday and join The Edge Fitness Clubs for three months, unfortunately had an emergency and had to leave right away, I was asked to come in for a refund, rushing to the airport stop by the gym to collect my refund on the way, I was told by another employee they would have to refund me by a check in the mail, this was in June, it's coming to the end of September, no check in the mail, I've been calling The Edge Fitness Clubs club every few weeks about my refund, and I'm being told the check it's on it's way, the man... read more

When I started here: I LOVED IT... the front desk, the trainers: everyone was amazing. You were greeted when you arrived, you were treated like they care about you. I did multiple challenges, and got AMAZING results, even won a challenge in Shelton, but slowly everything seemed to just be about money. I know it is a business; but the staff turn around was huge, and that changed the atmosphere in the gym, just wasn't the same as when I started. When I first started at the edge I loved it and now I have had nothing but problem after problem. First, they double charged my account for 6 months before I realized. I have had two trainers leave me while working with them which is extremely frustrating. This last time it was during my edge challenge and I was not notified for weeks by anyone. Equipment is always broken, some in dangerous condition. Sanitary wipes are always empty. At least its never crowded.
