Took 5 hours to tell us to go somewhere else. Couldn’t find my Vain for IV and also during CatScan IV shot out of my arm and started bleeding everywhere

Once I got to the back after a three hour wait in pain in my back. They were very thorough. They ran every test possible then tested me for covid and could not understand how I tested positive. They said there was nothing they could give me. Just take Tylenol and ibuprofen. Told me to come back if it got worse.

Discriminates against disabled persons. 2 horrible experiences being treated like a criminal. Unprofessional and poorly trained support staff. The Convenient Care Clinic on 87 behind Sonic is a much better choice. Friendly, professional, understands and follows ADA Law and treats all with respect and consideration. Stay away from The Emergency Clinic La Vernia.

We took our buddy to the emergency clinic in LaVernia per the recommendation of a friend. Never again. You could see our friend was having a rough go thanks to COVID and the nurse at the front was cold and unfriendly. She stated the wait was three hours and that there were three other patients that ahead of him. He needed to go outside and wait fifteen minutes before he could come back in. What?! Dr and nurse are great !! However your receptionist is rude bossy and has no patience yesterday was my 2nd experience with her and it was just as bad as the first time. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was difficult to believe how expensive it was to be seen at the center. It is outrageous to be charged $2500.00 and have the insurance reimburse $1200.00 for being treated for a cold and prescribed an antibiotic. We won't be using the center again unless in case of a heart attack.
