I assumed an ER would have all equipment necessary- I have to go to the dr again to get what is needed- steroid shot never kicked in for pain- need to know if it’s a rotator cuff issue of an actual pinched nerve-

Went in for a inside lip laceration and was told nothing could be done. However the doctor said that if it gets worse to come back. Lip got worse so went in the following morning and was told again that the doctor couldn’t do anything for me. My lip had gotten swollen and whitish/yellowish in color. Receptionist said there was nothing the doctor would do. So I left.

My return visit to your Emergency Room Hospital on 10/21, 2022, I was attended by your Physician Dr Joseph. It is nothing but praise and thankfulness to Dr Joseph in his effort to find what was the root problem to my initial visit, after I asked to have my catheter removed. He saw that it was not my bladder causing the problem but my impacted intestines that could be the major problem. My daughter and I were waiting for our discharge papers and the doctor and nurse were just talking among themselves about their personal lives . It was kind of frustrating to have a screaming baby crying while waiting on papers

I took both of my daughters in because they were both sick. Basically my older daughter was ignored because the Dr didn’t see her symptoms as urgent or serious. Overall he did not want to test my older daughter but agreed to test my toddler, so we had to assume her results were the same. Even though my older daughter does a lot more in public than my toddler. Overall she had nothing given or done for her. Definitely don’t want to see this Dr again.

I will never go back unless I absolutely have to. I have never had trouble with the physician’s, but the front staff has always been extremely rude.
