My daughter and I were waiting for our discharge papers and the doctor and nurse were just talking among themselves about their personal lives . It was kind of frustrating to have a screaming baby crying while waiting on papers

I took both of my daughters in because they were both sick. Basically my older daughter was ignored because the Dr didn’t see her symptoms as urgent or serious. Overall he did not want to test my older daughter but agreed to test my toddler, so we had to assume her results were the same. Even though my older daughter does a lot more in public than my toddler. Overall she had nothing given or done for her. Definitely don’t want to see this Dr again.

I will never go back unless I absolutely have to. I have never had trouble with the physician’s, but the front staff has always been extremely rude.

I called ahead to see if I could have a new prescription of antibiotics and a steroid prescription called in since I had already been seen and my condition had not improved. I was told I needed to come back in. I asked if the office was busy and told no it wasn't busy. I arrived about 40 minutes latet (8 am) and was told a one hour wait. I went to my car as instructed.
