I went in for sinus infection along with allergies and low grade fever. I was seen by the doctor immediately. She assessed my symptoms and explained how I would be treated and who would be coming in the room to treat me. All was done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this facility.
Wish we could have seen the ex ray and explained better on what happened. And did not do a great job on rapping his broken finger. No one was even there and took a very long time to do ex rays and even talk to doctor.

Took my son in on Monday and was diagnosed with the flu. I then took him back on Friday because his ears were infected due to having the flu and was charged full fee for a separate visit. Seems to me that if you are going in because of complications of an illness that you were just diagnosed with you should be billed accordingly.

I went in to the Emergency Clinic Friday morning with lower abdominal right side pain. After waiting and going through blood, urine, and CT tests/scans we finally got back results. They showed us the reports and it showed the start of appendicitis. Instead of sending me to the emergency room they sent us home with a prescription for laxatives, as the pain was probably from constipation. Thankfully we ended up going to the emergency room undergoing surgery a couple hours later.
