I have used the flower basket in the past with no issues. Recently ordered 2 arrangements for a funeral. The flowers were not delivered on time, they arrived 40 minutes late. My mom called the shop to see where the flowers were and the manager was rude to my mom. Told her that they service did not start until 12 and no one was going to enjoy the flowers so they did not need to be there early. Please DO NOT waste your money. I would not recommend. Customer service is horrible. The flowers were never delivered. I called seven times and each time it was a call center. The call center told me, each time, that they would contact the florist, and I never heard back. They even said they would contact a supervisor. When I asked the representatives for a phone number to the florist, they said they do not have the ability to process. RecommendedArrangement looked like a goldendoddle with sunglasses on. It was perfect. All the flowers are opening nicely. Totally adorable.

Arrangements are beautiful
My son(18) ordered me an arrangement today for my birthday. When I looked at it, I thought oh it has a lot of unopened flowers on it. So I asked me son to send me a picture of the arrangement he ordered online and OMG! nothing like what was sent. As a florist, you should be ashamed that you even let this arrangement out for delivery. I had flowers ordered for me and delivered. Hydrangeas were quite specifically ordered. Not once was there any contact made to the customer to express that hydrangeas would not be sent so the decision could be made if the order was still wanted. The substitution that was sent was nothing close to the cost of a hydrangea, and the arrangement itself was lopsided and uneven. When contact was made to express this, a $17 refund was verbalized. Received this beautiful arrangement from my daughter for Mother’s Day. Stunning! Even my husband was impressed. We will be ordering from here in the future!
How is it that your delivery guy could in hood conscious just walk away from this? I watched him set them down. He look at them while the started to tip and he left. He could have used common sense and placed them on either side of the step to prevent this. But no. Delivery was a day late and they were in the snow. Lovely
