5 Stars Thank you Thank you Thank you so much for sending my mother such a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I live in Georgia and have used the big flower companies in the past. I’ve always had bad experiences with them. So this year I decided to use a local company and I’m so glad I found you all.
Horrible! I know some substitutes might be needed but this isn’t even close! Cut flowers in a vase instead of an arrangement. They just threw whatever flowers were left into a vase. $96 for this? I ordered an arrangement with a succulent. See for yourself! They should have called and just advised it wasn’t even close and let me cancel. I can get better flowers at Aldi.

i had ordered a deluxe choco basket and a heart shaped balloon for my husband for valentine's day. but he only received the basket and the balloon was missing although i had paid an extra $6.95 for it.it was also mentioned in the product description section that the basket would contain a mug,but even that wasn't there. i also sent emails regarding the same but sadly no reply from them. very disappointing and unprofessional
I’ve just read of TFB’s offer to send free arrangements to the funeral services of the 5 souls lost in Friday’s shooting(s). What a generous thing to do. I’ve never ordered from The Flower Basket; but I will in the future.
Very disappointed. Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday and were delivered today instead. Driver made a joke to my husband about better late than never (umh... no!!! Yesterday was when they were promised). And there are broken & wilting/dying flowers in arrangement and it was just delivered 😡. Quality of product should of been on point especially because it was a day late!!!
Great Family owned business. I have called many time for last minute arrangements and they are always amazing. I really enjoy working with them. They will create anything your heart desires. Highly recommend for all your flower needs from just because to wedding. They have you in a day before your big day just ensure you love what you have ordered.
