My son(18) ordered me an arrangement today for my birthday. When I looked at it, I thought oh it has a lot of unopened flowers on it. So I asked me son to send me a picture of the arrangement he ordered online and OMG! nothing like what was sent. As a florist, you should be ashamed that you even let this arrangement out for delivery. I had flowers ordered for me and delivered. Hydrangeas were quite specifically ordered. Not once was there any contact made to the customer to express that hydrangeas would not be sent so the decision could be made if the order was still wanted. The substitution that was sent was nothing close to the cost of a hydrangea, and the arrangement itself was lopsided and uneven. When contact was made to express this, a $17 refund was verbalized. How is it that your delivery guy could in hood conscious just walk away from this? I watched him set them down. He look at them while the started to tip and he left. He could have used common sense and placed them on either side of the step to prevent this. But no. Delivery was a day late and they were in the snow. Lovely

Horrible! I know some substitutes might be needed but this isn’t even close! Cut flowers in a vase instead of an arrangement. They just threw whatever flowers were left into a vase. $96 for this? I ordered an arrangement with a succulent. See for yourself! They should have called and just advised it wasn’t even close and let me cancel. I can get better flowers at Aldi.
i had ordered a deluxe choco basket and a heart shaped balloon for my husband for valentine's day. but he only received the basket and the balloon was missing although i had paid an extra $6.95 for it.it was also mentioned in the product description section that the basket would contain a mug,but even that wasn't there. i also sent emails regarding the same but sadly no reply from them. very disappointing and unprofessional

Very disappointed. Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday and were delivered today instead. Driver made a joke to my husband about better late than never (umh... no!!! Yesterday was when they were promised). And there are broken & wilting/dying flowers in arrangement and it was just delivered 😡. Quality of product should of been on point especially because it was a day late!!!
