I have used the flower basket in the past with no issues. Recently ordered 2 arrangements for a funeral. The flowers were not delivered on time, they arrived 40 minutes late. My mom called the shop to see where the flowers were and the manager was rude to my mom. Told her that they service did not start until 12 and no one was going to enjoy the flowers so they did not need to be there early. Please DO NOT waste your money. I would not recommend. Customer service is horrible. The flowers were never delivered. I called seven times and each time it was a call center. The call center told me, each time, that they would contact the florist, and I never heard back. They even said they would contact a supervisor. When I asked the representatives for a phone number to the florist, they said they do not have the ability to process.
