I received my arrangement today, a day after they were supposed to be delivered. The flowers are not the flowers that were ordered, and the flowers I received were in poor quality. Some were already wilted, with black spots on them. Never again would I get flowers from this place.
Flowers were never delivered they day they were supposed to be. Called them the next morning, took them awhile to figure out what happened. After the mix up, they said flowers will be delivered within the hour, that turned into almost three ours. After seeing pictures of the flowers, I am very disappointed. Would not recommend. Your local grocery store might be a better choice.
Shortly before closing time on a Saturday, I spoke with a friendly, knowledgable person who confirmed that I could get a delivery to North Aurora before closing. The arrangement was cheery, multi-colored, with a good variety of flowers, size, and texture. I couldn't have been more pleased!
The Flower Basket arranged all my flowers for my wedding. They did an amazing job! I can't tell you how many people complimented me on the flowers and asked what florist made the arrangements. The Flower Basket was very professional and had great ideas on how to make my wedding beautiful! I had some ideas in mind for some arrangements but gave them free reign to do many others and was very pleased with their creativity and elegance.
