RecommendedI absolutely love living at the forum. The apartments are so spacious and well kept. You truly get so much for the price. Staff is great. Overall great apartment complex!
RecommendedLooking to sublease my studio efficiency apartment at the republic at Sam Houston Asap! Moving due to personal matters. The apartments as well as the staff are amazing ! My lease ends in July, I pay $750 a month. I will cover the sublet fee and make sure everything else is taken care of!
RecommendedThe forum is a great place to live! The leasing manager is friendly and always willing to work with you. While the construction was kind of a pain at the end of this last year, the new renovations look fantastic. Staff members and maintenance are also very friendly and happy to help. I give the forum two thumbs up for sure! 👍👍

RecommendedI have lived at the Forum my entire time attending SHSU and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! Best staff, pool, gym and apartments are nice! I love it here! It’s also quiet which is perfect for studying.
