Hello, I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that I am trying to sublease! Male or female! It is on the bottom floor so no need to walk up stairs. Close to the dog park and front of the complex. It is $909 a month plus utilities which is just however much you use. It is a pretty big apartment for a one bedroom. Has a shuttle that takes you to and from campus.
