Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my Studio Apartment Sub-Lease from January-July. You would be able to move in, in December and I will cover the rent!! The rate is currently $825 a month. I am looking to Sublease my daughter's studio apartment starting January 2018 at The Forum on Sam Houston Ave. The rent is $830 a month. The property is very neat and well kept and perfect for SHSU students. There is a shuttle that runs continuously to campus M-F 7am-8:30pm. If you are a girl and you're looking for a place to stay in Huntsville for the Spring, I am currently subleasing my apartment! The rent for the two bedroom ( fully furnished) 2 bath( walk -in closet) is 620 and it includes internet, cable and trash valet service.Electricity and water are paid aside but it goes by the Forum so you do not have to set a separate account.
